Withdraw from contract
Consumers (and sole traders treated as consumers) can withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before the period expires.
You can also send your statement by e-mail to kontakt@prostrona.pl or in writing to ul. Rubinowa 2, 09-400 Ludwikowo, Poland. The rules are set out in the Terms (§10).

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. You can send your withdrawal statement:
- using the "Withdraw from contract here" function at prostrona.pl/odstapienie,
- by e-mail to kontakt@prostrona.pl (with or without this form),
- in writing to ul. Rubinowa 2, 09-400 Ludwikowo, Poland.
